At Artemis Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our process is designed to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
